What was the challenge that led Sun ‘N Lake to GOGov?

Sun 'N Lake Improvement District faced challenges in effectively communicating with their community and managing resident services. Outdated technology made it difficult to quickly distribute critical information, such as water main breaks or emergencies like fires, to all residents. Relying solely on platforms like Facebook proved insufficient since not all community members were active on social media.

The district also struggled to efficiently manage service requests, which further emphasized the need for a more modern and comprehensive solution. To address these challenges, General Manager Ray Bosworth brought his positive experiences with GOGov from a previous district in Wisconsin to Sun 'N Lake, introducing a platform capable of addressing their communication and service management needs.
