What to know about our Training Webinars! Here at GOGov we offer unlimited training and support, for free! One of the ways we offer training is through our webinars, where we will provide training on a variety of topics.
Learn how to manage citizen requests that you are responsible for. Whether it's asking the resident a follow-up question or the issue is resolved and you need to close a request, tasks can be completed easily through GORequest. Do you find yourself typing the same response over and over? We will also cover Stock Replies to help save time!
Please join us as we review the Administration Tools for your Code Enforcement system! One of the most important Administration tool would be the parcel import, to make sure you have the most up-to-date parcel and ownership information (assuming you don't have our GIS integration). We will also cover how to update your violations, fees and much more! This webinar will be relevant for users who are either a Super Admin or GOEnforce Admin.

During this webinar, we will look at some of the most common stock reports for both GORequest and GOEnforce. We will also review creating your own custom report and how to modify the output, such as plotting the results on a Google Map to help identify any trends. Learn how to save new custom reports and schedule any report to be delivered via email.
Learn how to track time and material on your requests! We'll go through how to configure labor costs and add materials through the administration menu's. Next, take a look at how to assign tasks, enter hours spent and material used per request. Learn unique ways to track Graffiti, including crew and moniker tracking. Lastly, learn how to pull reports on overall time and material costs!
