Citizen Notifications allows Linwood to easily connect with residents through a mobile app. The app also enables residents to connect with Linwood and is available for download in the App Store and Google Play online stores.

Linwood is a city in Atlantic County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2020 United States census, the city's population was 6,971, a decrease of 121 from the 2010 census count of 7,092, which in turn reflected a decline of 80 from the 7,172 counted in the 2000 census.
