The Town of Eatonville Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is excited to partner with GOGov for Code Enforcement (CE)and Citizen Complaint (CRM) solutions. The Eatonville CRA reached out to GOGov to help create a new, streamlined, and efficient case management process and workflow.

The new process will allow citizens to submit complaints digitally to the Code Enforcement team through a web portal and CRA Branded Mobile App.

The town is excited about using technology to automate the Code Enforcement process from start to finish.
