Integrated Maps

GORequest makes it easy to manage location based requests by integrating with Google Maps and ESRI ArcGIS for submitting, reporting or viewing your requests on a map.  Address validation and geofencing helps get the correct location while integrating with your GIS system allows important information like districts, jurisdiction and parcel data to be looked up for each request.

LDAP Integrated

GOGov makes it simple to manage all your users and permissions by mapping your Active Directory information into our software.   Users will authenticate against your network with the same password they use every day.

Customer Satisfaction Surveys

Measure customer satisfaction with automated surveys.  Customize your questions and categories and route feedback directly to managers so they can respond accordingly.  Our powerful reporting will then let you view the citizen satisfaction rate for any time period, department or topic.
